Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

2. Subject

The subject of this agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product/service ordered electronically by the BUYER from the SELLER's website at vibesdijital.com, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

3. Product/Service Information

4. General Terms

4.1. The BUYER acknowledges and declares that they have read and been informed of the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method, and delivery information of the service offered for sale on the SELLER's website, and that they have given the necessary consent electronically.

4.2. Purchased credits are transferred to the BUYER's account immediately upon payment confirmation.

4.3. Credits are valid indefinitely and have no expiration date.

4.4. Purchased credits can be used for photo generation and video conversion on the VibeStil platform.

5. Right of Withdrawal

5.1. Pursuant to Article 53 of Law No. 6502, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital content and services that are performed immediately in electronic form once performance has begun.

5.2. The BUYER acknowledges that the performance of the service begins with the transfer of purchased credits to their account.

5.3. However, within the scope of customer satisfaction, the SELLER may consider refund requests within 7 (seven) days of the purchase date, provided that the credits have not been used at all.

6. Payment and Delivery

6.1. Payment is made by credit card or debit card through a secure payment infrastructure.

6.2. Credits are transferred to the BUYER's account immediately upon successful payment.

6.3. 3D Secure verification may be used for payment security.

7. Privacy

7.1. The BUYER's personal data is protected under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

7.2. Card information is not stored by the SELLER; payment transactions are processed through a secure payment provider.

8. Jurisdiction

Consumer Arbitration Boards and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction over disputes arising from this agreement.

9. Effective Date

The BUYER declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all the terms written in this agreement.
